This is a true soup to nuts project. I worked directly with a commercial lubricants company to launch a consumer brand. I discovered a brand from the 1940’s: FiendOil. It had been abandoned but old cans were selling on eBay for $99. We dusted off the TradeMark. Took ownership. Formulated it. Designed the retro packaging very authentically. And now we’re competing with the WD-40s of the world. (With a much higher quality formula.)
